My OASYS 76, purchased in November 2006 is actually
000497 , but I show up on the list as 000479. My bad, as I tried to read the number upside down and must have had a case of upside-down dyslexia.
Just to clear the record in case the real 000479 shows up and says "hey, who's the imposter!?"
I think only Stephen can right my blunder.

Korg Oasys 88 / SN: 000435
This particular unit was purchased from Long & McQuade's in Toronto in late 2006.
I purchased it from the original owner in March 2010.
Nice unit, not a mark, nick, blemish, looks like it came out of the wrapper yesterday.
This one was never registered or updated previous to my ownership, so that was a nice bonus for me
Will I ever sell it?
NEVER! You could try prying it out of my cold dead hands, that be about the only way I ever part with it, LOL
Stephen, just a general question out of sheer curiosity:
Were all the units made from all the same parts & components regardless of serial number?
You know how sometimes during the manufacturing process, they might use a certain brand of part for a run, and then change it to a different part on the next run.
Is every O made exactly the same with with exactly the same parts?
Also, where were these units built? All in the same place or multiple locations?
It would be interesting to know a bit of history.
