Hi.

One or two people have asked if I have any more combi's to share. I was going to wait until I've KARMAFIED them all in KM3, but as that won't be for a while yet, I thought I'd share a few of my favourite creations.

As per my previous bank, these are for Xpanded M3's with the Radias EXB expansion.

The Prog set is as per the default Xpanded set,
with the exception of one Radias sound used in most of these combi's. It's called Tranceact and it needs to be installed in bank I-F at position 125; without it, these combi's won't sound right
You can either load the entire bank I-F (included in the attachment), or just load up the one sound required. It's in position I-F125.

By default, this combi bank is set to install at position U-C.

PLEASE PERFORM A 'SAVE ALL' OPERATION BEFORE LOADING THESE COMBI'S !!

The first 6 combi's are the same as I'd posted previously. There are 4 new ones.

My personal favourite is the one called 'Trance With Bite'... by default the drums are silenced, but if you move to scene 2, the drum track begins.

There are two somewhat 'experimental' combi's here, too. These are 'Pharmaceutical' and 'Funked'. I am not quite sure how you'd use these, but they make good use of the XY feature in the LCD. Press one key and go on a one-finger journey around the XY pad

Hope these work for you... More one day !!

Cheers.

iix.

Hi,

I forgot to add this 'reference sample'.

This was recorded using the 'Trance With Bite' combi, sequentially running through the chords I've put into each pad. So if you do the same and it sounds like this, then you've successfully loaded the Tranceact Radias prog into bank F125.

Cheers.

Really nice Work!!! Cant say my favorite Combi... most of them sound awesome thight and just cool electronic...

Fast Trance Music is just not my favorite Dance Nusic genre but anyway i like them all...
I prefer Electronic Music with some Bpm slower

Anyway, i like how good you make it with all different Karma Effects...
I had not thought that the M3 can sound so Cool and Trancy....

Hope we hear more from you!!!

Awwww

ok, I'll see if I can work on a 'pound-stretcher' version, for non-Radias EXB owners

Cheers.

[EDIT - hmmm, actually it's not such a daft idea; I de-Radias'd a couple of my combis last night, and the results were still close to the original....give me a couple of days ]

Hi,
the combis are excellent!
Even not being a trance player, I could not stop playing with them for a while..
Very nice work with XY controller on some of them.
Thumbs up!

Hi all,

Thanks for all the kind words above - I'm happy that people are still interested in them

I had promised more, but despite there being an economic slow down, I've personally never been busier at work (recruitment freeze + loads more work coming in = no spare time for combi making ).

Still, this pig-flu thing might halt my overseas travel schedule at some stage, so I'll have more time to get a bunch of new combis up eventually

For all the trance lovers out there, I believe QR mentioned something about putting some new combis up soon

Cheers.

Hi IIX,

I hope you will find some time again to release some new combis.
I don't have much time eighter and I'm still struggeling with the setup.
But I'm sure, as the previous time, they are worth waiting for...

Thanks C

I have decided to delete the original 10-combi zip file (previously found at the start of this particular thread), because it has been superseded by a newer one containing 17 combis, found here:

Cheers.
