Delivery of downloadable products:

If you purchased software or any other product with a "download" delivery option, as soon as a real live person is able to process your order, the download instructions will be sent to you via e-mail, to the e-mail address you specified. It does not automatically happen immediately. While we make every effort to check orders periodically throughout all 7 days of the week, please allow up to 24 hours for this to occur.

Products that are being shipped:

If you ordered a product that is being shipped on physical media, you will receive a second confirmation e-mail detailing the shipping method and estimated time of delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to occur.

Refund and Return Policy:

Software and Sounds
All sales are FINAL. When you purchase Sounds and Software, you should be sure before ordering that the product meets your needs. We apologize, but we generally cannot refund money with regards to Software and Sound purchases under any circumstances.

Here at this web site, we attempt to provide as much information about our products as possible. It is up to you, the customer, to avail yourself of this information and make an informed decision before purchasing. If you have purchased a physical package and it has arrived damaged, we will of course replace it with another one. Please contact Customer Support at support@karma-lab.com.
