The Media Player seems to be stopping and buffering all the time. I cannot watch the video smoothly.
Can I download the videos and watch them later on my computer?
When I try to bookmark the video, the link no longer works and I receive a message about only being able to access the content through the PCA.

The Media Player seems to be stopping and buffering all the time. I cannot watch the video smoothly.

  • If you are having trouble with playback (i.e. it keeps stopping to buffer), try choosing one of the other Quality/Bandwidth settings (medium or low) from the drop down menu near the bottom of the player.
  • Alternately, simply hit the Play/Pause button to pause it, and go do something else for a few minutes. The entire file will continue to load while it's paused. Once it is completely loaded, you can start playback, return to the beginning, play it over and over without reloading (as long as you restart it before it hits the very end.)

Can I download the videos and watch them later on my computer?

No, at the present time we do not have the videos available for download. it is possible that may change in the future.

You cannot bookmark the video files. They can only be accessed from inside the threads that link to them. But you can store a bookmark to the thread - it will allow you access as long as your PCA subscription is in effect.
